How it works

1. Request your return with the form below, or by email to support@stryde-active.com. Include your order number, the email you ordered with, the item(s) you're returning and the reason (for example: wrong size, wrong side, changed my mind).
2. Get your return address and instructions. We reply within one working day. Your return address is provided with the approval, not before.
3. Pack and ship it in the original box, with a tracked service. Keep your tracking number.
4. Get your refund within 14 days of us receiving the return, to your original payment method.

Wrong size or side? Tell us which size or side you'd like instead and we'll help you exchange it.

Please don't send a return before you have received the return address from us. Parcels sent to any other address can't be processed.
