You start second-guessing turns.
The slope you wanted is right there. You find yourself looking for the gentler way down because your knee keeps getting your attention.
FOR SKI DAYS / ADJUSTABLE KNEE COMPRESSION
The cautious turns. The easier slope. The “you go ahead” when your friends want another run. When you’re choosing knee support for days like these, choose a compression fit you can adjust. Meet STRYDE ACTIVE.
HOW A SORE KNEE CHANGES THE DAY
You didn’t travel all this way just to watch the mountain from a bench. These are the moments that make a sore knee so frustrating.
The slope you wanted is right there. You find yourself looking for the gentler way down because your knee keeps getting your attention.
You say you’ll catch up later. What you wanted was another lift ride, another shared run and another hour together.
The trip still has days left. You’re already wondering how much of the next one your knee will let you enjoy.
WHAT YOU’RE LOOKING FOR IN SUPPORT
When your knee is already on your mind, a sleeve that feels wrong becomes one more distraction. You reach under your ski pants to pull it up. You sit on the lift and wish it felt less tight. You wonder whether you chose the wrong size.
Size matters. So does what you can change after the sleeve is on. A basic pull-on sleeve has no dial adjustment. STRYDE lets you tighten the compression gradually and release it when you want a different feel.
MEET STRYDE ACTIVE / ADJUSTABLE COMPRESSION
STRYDE puts the adjustment on the sleeve. Turn the dial to tighten the compression gradually. Pull to release it. Check the fit before you head for the lift, then fine-tune it at a safe stop without taking the sleeve off.

THE ADJUSTMENT, UP CLOSE
You don’t have to settle for the tension you started with. See how the dial changes the hold, then decide whether this is the adjustment you’ve been missing.
Choose your size from the guide. Pull the sleeve on and position it over the knee before adjusting the dial.

THE FEATURES, IN EVERYDAY TERMS
The fit you want standing up may feel different when you sit on the lift. Turn the dial for a snugger feel, or pull to release and reset. You have an adjustment to reach for while the sleeve stays on.
A pull-on sleeve with the dial on the side, without hook-and-loop adjustment straps. Wear it under ski pants and alongside the upper cuff of your ski boots. Check how it fits with your own layers and equipment.
Turning, sitting, walking back to the lodge. The shaped knit follows the bend of the knee. Start with the correct size, then fine-tune a comfortable hold with the dial.
A CLEAR REASON TO CHOOSE THIS SLEEVE
Both designs start with choosing a size. STRYDE adds a tightening dial and a release mechanism. The clips below show that difference in use.
| The detail | STRYDE ACTIVE | Basic sleeve |
|---|---|---|

| Want a snugger feel? | Turn the dial gradually | No built-in dial |
| Want less tension? | Pull the dial to release | No separate release |
| Keep the sleeve on? | Fine-tune while wearing it | Reposition or remove as needed |

CHOOSE THE FIT FOR YOUR KNEE

THE THINGS YOU WANT TO KNOW FIRST
Start with the size guide rather than relying on the dial to make the wrong size fit. Measure your thigh 6 in (15 cm) above the knee, compare the measurement with the table, and then use the dial for fine adjustment.
Pull the dial to release the tension, then reset it gradually to a comfortable feel. The adjustment lets you change the fit without taking the sleeve off. More tension is not automatically better.
Wear it under ski pants and alongside the upper cuff of your ski boots. Put it on before your outer layers and check the fit while bending your knee. The exact fit depends on your sleeve size, boots and layers.
Choose the side you plan to wear it on. Pick Left or Right for each sleeve separately. For a pair, you can choose one for each knee and select the size and color of each one.
We don’t have evidence establishing pain relief for this product. What STRYDE provides is adjustable compression: a hold you can tighten and release while wearing the sleeve. If you have an injury or ongoing pain, ask a qualified clinician whether compression support is suitable for you.
