WHEN KNEE PAIN STARTS CHOOSING YOUR ROUTE
Knee pain again. Another run you didn’t get to finish.
You went out for fresh air and a clear head. A few miles later, you’re watching the distance home and wondering when to turn back. If that familiar ache keeps rewriting your run, you know the frustration goes well beyond a number on your watch.

The clear head.
Your time.
THE MOMENTS THAT STAY WITH YOU
The route gets shorter.
The frustration comes home with you.
It can start before your shoes are tied: the easier route, the escape turn, the promise to see how it goes. Running still matters to you. You’re tired of negotiating with your knee.
-
BEFORE THE DOOR CLOSES
You leave yourself a way to turn back.
The route you wanted has become the route you’ll try if your knee feels okay. You haven’t taken the first step, and you’re already making a compromise.
-
WHEN THE ACHE STARTS
You stop noticing the things you came out for.
The trail, your breathing, the space to think. They fade behind the question you keep asking yourself: is this the point where I head home?
-
AT THE SHORTCUT
“I’ll take the short loop.” Again.
Your friends carry on. You turn back and make it sound like that was the plan. The run is over before you were ready for it to be.
-
THE NEXT TIME
You catch yourself putting it off.
You still want the fresh air and that feeling after a good run. You just don’t want to lace up for another outing that ends with the same frustration.
WHAT YOU’RE LOOKING FOR IN SUPPORT
The last thing you need is another fit to fight with.
When your knee is already on your mind, a sleeve that feels wrong becomes one more distraction. You pull it up, smooth it out or wish you could loosen it a little. You bought support. Now you’re spending part of the run managing the fit.
Size matters. So does what you can change after the sleeve is on. A basic pull-on sleeve has no dial adjustment. STRYDE lets you tighten the compression gradually and release it when you want a different feel.
Then you choose the hold.
YOUR FEEL.
YOUR HOLD.
MEET STRYDE ACTIVE / ADJUSTABLE COMPRESSION
You’ve thought enough
about your knee.
The fit should be simple.
Pull it on and position it over your knee. Turn the side-mounted dial to tighten the compression, a little at a time. Pull the dial to release it. You can change the hold while wearing the sleeve, without starting over with another size or another sleeve.
- Fine-tune the hold while the sleeve is on.
- Release the tension without removing it.
- No hook-and-loop straps to undo and re-fasten.

THE ADJUSTMENT, UP CLOSE
A little firmer?
A little easier?
You don’t have to settle for the tension you started with. See how the dial changes the hold, then decide whether this is the adjustment you’ve been missing.
Get the starting fit right.
Choose your size from the guide. Pull the sleeve on and position it over the knee before adjusting the dial.

A CLEAR REASON TO CHOOSE THIS SLEEVE
Look closely at
what you can change.
Both designs start with choosing a size. STRYDE adds a tightening dial and a release mechanism. The clips below show that difference in use.
| The detail | STRYDE ACTIVE | Basic sleeve |
|---|---|---|
| Get the starting fit | Choose the right size | Choose the right size |
| Want a snugger feel? | Turn the dial gradually | No built-in dial |
| Want less tension? | Pull the dial to release | No separate release |
| Keep the sleeve on? | Fine-tune while wearing it | Reposition or remove as needed |
MAKE THE NEXT CHOICE A CLEAR ONE

If you’re considering a compression sleeve, check more than the size on the label. See how the hold tightens, how it releases and whether you can change it while wearing the sleeve. Those are the reasons to take a closer look at STRYDE.

A clear answer
before you choose.
How do I choose a fit that feels right?
Start with the size guide rather than relying on the dial to make the wrong size fit. Measure your thigh 6 in (15 cm) above the knee, compare the measurement with the table, and then use the dial for fine adjustment.
What if the hold starts feeling too tight?
Pull the dial to release the tension, then reset it gradually to a comfortable feel. The adjustment lets you change the fit without taking the sleeve off. More tension is not automatically better.
Can I wear it for more than running?
The sleeve is intended for active use. Choose a comfortable fit for the movement you’re doing and make adjustments at a safe stop. Check the position of the side-mounted dial with your clothing and equipment.
Which knee should I order for?
Choose the side you plan to wear it on. Pick Left or Right for each sleeve separately. For a pair, you can choose one for each knee and select the size and color of each one.
Will this take my knee pain away?
We don’t have evidence establishing pain relief for this product. What STRYDE provides is adjustable compression: a hold you can tighten and release while wearing the sleeve. If you have an injury or ongoing pain, ask a qualified clinician whether compression support is suitable for you.
